Windfest is in it's 50th year! We are excited for our Annual event! The Portland Chamber of Commerce is proud to present Windfest as a family-freindly event with activities for all ages, including pets!

We require email and cell phone information for volunteers of Windfest for correspondence purposes. We require a liability release and waiver to be signed for volunteers of Windfest. If this information cannot be supplied in the application, please call the Portland Chamber at 361-777-4650.

This release must be signed by persons 18 years of age or older. If you are under the age of 18, please call the Chamber to complete your volunteer application.
